GEF morning session: Land degradation neutrality: listening from experiences

The GEF day aims to give the floor to different stakeholders who have been involved in advancing the land degradation neutrality agenda including experiences of mainstreaming gender. On the eve of the launch of GEF8, integration will be an important feature of the new GEF cycle. Land Degradation Neutrality should/may have a role in this context of integration and could help to promote GEF8 Integrated Programs. How can we use the LDN concept for cross-cutting and cross-sectoral approaches in countries? Which country, which experience could be highlighted to build the case? How to make use of LDN in the challenging context of emerging issues (drought, land tenure, gender, private sector)? How can LDN be mainstreamed into these topics?
